Homeboy uses the latest Android look and feel to provide your entire family with a simple way of controlling the home. Set up your Insteon home and devices using the Insteon for Hub app, then use Homeboy to control it all. Just sign in with your Insteon account credentials.

Limitations
As we work hard to develop and expand app features, we encourage you to please provide feedback about issues and feature requests – we love hearing from you! Some current app feature limitations include:
- Supports most Insteon lighting and appliance modules, dimmers, and outlets
- Supports primary load on keypads and dual outlets
- Does not support sensors or cameras
- I/O Linc modules may not show accurate status

Changes: Insteon’s new mobile app is out now, and it has a completely new way of managing favorites. What happened to your old favorites? They’re still available in the old app. And we have them for you here in Homeboy. Tap the split star to toggle between your new favorite devices and your old favorite devices and scenes. We also fixed some other issues:
- A bug that caused the app to crash when switching between homes
- Some broken links in Settings
- Changed the min Android version to 5.0 (Lollipop)

Changes: This release adds limited support for Insteon’s versatile I/O Linc device. Specifically, you can now activate the I/O Linc directly in Homeboy for applications like window blinds, garage doors, and more. Note that I/O Linc devices set to “momentary” relay mode may not accurately represent their status. Additionally, the I/O Linc does not report the sensor input status.
We’ve also refined how scene control works, ensuring that the scene activates before going back to the previous screen.
